What it's like to own
ProForm and NordicTrack are owned by the same company and share iFIT, so the Carbon TL feels familiar: 10 mph, motorized 0–10% incline, a 55 in belt and an upright fold with hydraulic assist. It's 166 lb, noticeably easier to move than the T 6.5 S.
The belt is 18 in wide instead of 20, which most walkers and joggers won't notice. As with NordicTrack, the console runs basic manual workouts on its own; trainer-led and auto-adjusting workouts need an iFIT membership.
Owners describe it as heavy-duty for the price. A minority report motor or belt faults, and one detailed review warns about slow support when things go wrong.
